/ 01 — How it works

Three steps. Not a blank page.

Most AI drafting tools hand you one field and hope for the best. Ours does the thing a junior associate does before they start writing: asks the right questions first.

01

Brief.

Pick the document type, set the language and jurisdiction, and describe what you need in plain English or Arabic. Start from a template if you're not sure.

02

Smart Q&A.

The assistant reads your brief and fires back the three to seven questions that would actually make the document enforceable — each with the reasoning behind it.

03

/ 03 — What makes it different

Not a template. An interview.

Templates fail because every deal is different. Blank-page LLMs fail because they skip the diligence. Our assistant does what a senior drafter does: ask first, then draft.

Senior-grade intake

Questions a junior would miss.

The assistant reads your brief the way a senior practitioner would and surfaces the gaps that matter — governing law, enforceability risks, edge cases, missing parties.

Each question comes with the "why" behind it
Suggested answers so you can click, not type
Jurisdiction-aware — UAE, KSA, DIFC, ADGM, England & Wales
Skip what doesn't apply — the draft handles defaults
Ship-ready .docx

A Word file you could send a counterparty.

Not Markdown, not plain text, not a ChatGPT wall. A properly styled .docx with headings, numbered clauses, tables, and signature blocks. Open it in Word and send it.

Native Word styles: heading hierarchy, justified body
English and Arabic with proper RTL layout
Missing info flagged as [INSERT: X] — no silent guesses
Edit your answers and regenerate anytime

Enterprise-grade by default.

Drafts never leave your perimeter. No retention, no training on your briefs, no data stored. Every session auditable, every clause traceable.

Zero retention

Briefs and drafts deleted post-session by default.

In-region hosting
